With fellow Wichitoppo Jake, and some others. Learned that 40mph winds are the actual worst on a bike.
Hat tip to Jake for the pic of me chasing the McLaren
I mean, when that 40mph wind is at you back it’s pretty great. But Jesus Christ, as a crosswind or headwind it’s pure misery.
Also, spent a good half hour chasing that McLaren, which was a blast.

I came home from work for lunch and I’m not going back this afternoon. I am death. That’s mostly because I was pretty sick on Saturday, pushed my luck yesterday, and am paying dearly today.
